"I have been using Lisa Green as my personal trainer since Feb. of 2017. Since then she has helped me to lose 35 lbs and become more fit and achieve a more healthy lifestyle. She is very knowledgeable about nutrition and has helped write my diet plan. When I started my fitness journey with her I was have back issues from a wreck and was concerned about re-injuring or aggravating it when lifting weights.
