Lisa is a native Texan, growing up in Houston where she learned at an early age that school gym class was not for her. But, knowing she needed to exercise, she discovered group exercise classes which then led her to joining her first gym where she began strength training, circuit training and taking a variety of group exercise classes. Then she pursued her personal training certification at the Cooper Institute in Dallas where she developed a passion for fitness and wellness. She worked in a variety of fitness centers in Tyler, TX before deciding to open her own personal fitness & training studio. She has over 15 years of personal training experience and specializes in creating custom training programs for each individual client.
